Why Did I Get Logged Out of Axis?

It can be annoying to be logged out unexpectedly, but don’t worry, this is normal and usually for a good reason.

Here’s why this might happen and what you can do about it:

1. Re-Authorization is Needed

Occasionally, we may need you to log in again due to your Discord login expiring.

2. You Changed Devices or Networks

If you switch to a different device or connect from a new internet network, you might be signed out automatically. This is a security feature that helps ensure your account is really being accessed by you.

3. You Signed in Somewhere Else

When you log in on a new device, the system may log you out of your previous session.

4. Inactivity

If you’ve been logged in for a very long time without any activity, you might be signed out automatically as a precaution.

What Should I Do?

You can always log back in with your Discord account. Your data and preferences are saved, so you can pick up where you left off.
