Why Is This Happening?
If you're not seeing your channels, categories, or roles in Axis, don’t worry! It may take a little bit of time for the dashboard to update.
How to Fix It
- Wait a Few Minutes – Sometimes, it just takes a little time to sync.
- Log Out and Back In – If it still hasn’t updated, try logging out and back into Axis.
- Check Axis' Permissions – Make sure you haven't revoked Axis' permissions to view channels in your Discord server.
- Check Axis' Status – If the issue persists, check Axis' Status Page to see if there's a known outage. This page also shows Discord's status.
- Contact Support – If nothing works, reach out to us via our support Discord server or Axis Support.
