New Channels Not Showing Up in Axis

If you've just added new channels to your server but don't see them appear in Axis right away, don't worry, this is completely normal. Axis takes a little time to refresh its channel data.
Why This Happens
Axis regularly syncs with your server to stay updated, but this doesn't happen instantly. It usually takes 5–10 minutes for new channels to show up after they're created.
What You Can Do

Wait a few minutes: Give Axis some time to catch up.

Log out and back in: This forces a refresh and can make new channels appear faster.
After that, new channels should appear in the Axis dashboard.
If channels still don't appear after 15 minutes, contact support so we can check for any issues.
