The Axis Website Is Stuck Loading or Shows an Error

If you’re having trouble with the website loading or seeing an error message, here’s what you can do:


Website Not Loading

  • Try refreshing the page or waiting a minute or two. Sometimes the issue resolves itself.
  • You can also check our status page to see if there are any ongoing outages.

If it still doesn’t load:

  1. Click your profile in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Log Out from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click the Login button and sign back in using Discord.

Website Shows an Error

Error messages can give clues about what went wrong:

  • Not Found: The page doesn’t exist or the URL is incorrect.
  • Too Many Requests: You're sending requests faster than we can handle them. Please try waiting a bit before visiting another page.
  • Internal Server Error: Something went wrong on our end. Please report it via our support server.

If you continue seeing errors:

  • Try refreshing the page.
  • Try waiting a few minutes to see if the issue is temporary.
  • If the issue persists, report it to us via our support server.

Include the error message if possible, it helps us fix things faster.
